Where items in your order are out of stock, we will dispatch those goods in stock as available and then dispatch the remaining items as and when they’re available.

How will my item be delivered?
Your item will be sent to you First Class Signed for via Royal Mail and will therefore require a signature on delivery.

How do I return an item to you for a refund or exchange?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be given using the same method of payment you originally used to purchase the goods less the postage and packing cost, within 30 days of us receiving them. Goods paid for by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card. Return postage must be paid for by you. Any postage and packaging costs initially paid will not be refunded.

We are really aware of the forth coming situation regarding the coronavirus. Outside the premises there is hand sanitiser. There is also hand sanitiser inside the shop, so please feel free to use . Regarding the card processing machine it is sprayed with antibacterial spray between contact of people.
This is not ment to make a concern for you to enter the shop, purely to show measures have been put in place for safety.
